I was scheduled to have Wyatt on Wednesday, Jan. 4. So on Sunday I made my to do list for Monday and Tuesday. A blog post was on my list for Monday (yes, I have to put it on a list for it to get done). And sure enough nothing on that list got done! ;) Wyatt decided to come on his own that day! But before we get to that.....I want to go ahead and post what I had planned for my blog that day, which is his nursery, Noah's new room, and some 37-39 week pics.
When people were asking me before Christmas break if we had everything ready for the baby, I always just laughed because we had barely even started. But as soon as Levi finished his last exam, we got on the ball. We finished up getting the construction done to change the office into a bedroom, we got the furniture in, room painted, swings/bouncers/baby stuff down from the attic, car seat installed, clothes washed and put away, cameras charged and bags packed. Sunday night I finished hanging clothes in his closet and that was the final thing to get done. I honestly thought we would be doing the majority of that stuff after he was here. Only because Noah was 3 weeks early and I figured this one might be early too, but he made it to 39 weeks exactly!
Here are some pictures of the nursery. Everything in it was either given to us or used from Noah's room. There are a few things I need to buy for the wall, like a big "W" for over his crib, but I'm waiting on a certain one I want from Canton. I love the way it turned out!
We also switched out Noah's furniture. Levi's mom had kept his bedroom furniture he got in HS, so we used that because she was needing to get it out of storage. We also used Levi's bedding he had in there and went with a vintage sports theme. I got a few things from hobby lobbt to go with it, but Janet also made curtains for in there and Levi had an old sports lamp that looks very vintage for the room. It came together pretty easy. Walking into his room makes me feel like he is SO grown up though!

I love Noah's big boy room! It looks awesome! You're belly shots are adorable-it literally looks like you had a basketball in your shirt! :)
